14-Day Return Policy We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Eligible Items Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, grooming products (brushes, grooming tools) can only be returned if unopened and unused.
How to Return
- Email us at info@thicketandtail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We'll provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back at your own expense.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Defective or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately — we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
