Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY — Thicket & Tail

30-day returns. You can return anything within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused, unwashed and in the condition it arrived in, with any tags still attached. We cannot resell an item that has been worn by a pet outdoors.

How to return something: email info@thicketandtail.com with your order number and what you would like to return. We reply with the return address and instructions within one business day. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong.

Refunds: once the item reaches us we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few days longer to show it.

Exchanges: email us before sending anything back. For made-to-order items such as harness sets and bow ties we will usually arrange an exchange rather than a refund, as each one is sewn for your order.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item: send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping both ways.

Not returnable: items that have been used, washed or worn by a pet, and items sent back without contacting us first.
