Thicket & Tail is a small shop for dogs, cats and the people who clean up after them. We keep a short list of things that solve one specific problem — the broom that actually pulls fur out of carpet, the comb that reaches the dead undercoat, the box that kills litter smell instead of perfuming it — and skip everything else.
How we work
We do not hold a warehouse. We work with a fulfilment partner who stores the stock and ships your order straight to you, which is why the range stays small and the prices stay reasonable. Some items ship from a US warehouse, others from overseas — that is why we quote a range on delivery rather than a single number. We would rather tell you the real timeline than promise two days and miss it.
What we will not do
No invented reviews, no crossed-out prices that were never charged, no "only 3 left" timers. If a product page says something, it is because we can stand behind it.
