Shipping & delivery
Where we ship: the United States and supported European Union destinations shown at checkout.
Standard US shipping: $4.95 for orders below $50; free for orders of $50 or more. The Fluffy Plush Pet Bed is excluded from this standard rate: its US shipping charge is $39.95 regardless of order value. Orders containing items from separate shipping profiles may have combined shipping charges. Your final shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment.
European Union shipping: free to supported EU destinations shown at checkout, with no minimum order.
Delivery estimates: orders usually leave the warehouse within 1–3 business days. Most US orders arrive within 7–15 business days from the date of order, depending on the warehouse. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. For a delivery estimate outside the US, contact info@thicketandtail.com before ordering.
Tracking: we email a tracking number when your order ships. Items from different warehouses may arrive in separate packages on different days.
Late, lost, or damaged: if tracking stops moving for more than five business days, or a parcel arrives damaged, email info@thicketandtail.com with your order number and we will investigate or arrange a replacement.
