30 days to change your mind
You can return anything within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in the condition it arrived in, with any packaging and tags. Pet products get worn by animals — we cannot resell an item that has been out on a walk or used on a coat.
How to return something
- Email info@thicketandtail.com with your order number and what you would like to return.
- We reply with the return address and instructions within one business day.
- Send the item back. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong.
Once the item reaches us we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping both ways. Do not send anything back before we have spoken.
Hygiene items
Wipes, gloves, foam and the ear cleaner can only be returned unopened and sealed.
What we cannot take back
- Items that have been used or worn by a pet
- Opened hygiene products
- Items returned without contacting us first
