1. General By purchasing from Thicket & Tail (thicketandtail.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Products We sell pet accessories including orthopedic pet beds, grooming brushes, and related products. All product descriptions are as accurate as possible. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

3. Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock issues.

4. Shipping We ship to the United States. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds We offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability Thicket & Tail is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
